Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 76,81,537.75 crore on September 5 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 8,20,14,036 .

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 28,757.74 crore, Stock Futures Rs 46,474.40 crore and Index Options Rs 74,37,606.57 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 1,68,699.04 crore.
