Members of the Company holding shares either in Physical form or dematerialized form, as on 2nd September, 2022 shall be entitled to receive the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-22 through their registered email id. The remote e-voting period shall commence on 27th September, 2022 (09:00 AM) and ends on 29th September, 2022 (05:00 PM). During this period shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of 23rd September, 2022 may cast their vote electronically. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from 24th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on 30th September, 2022.
