Bihar CM Nitish Kumar meets Arvind Kejriwal

Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar today met Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi with an aim to unite all the opposition parties against the BJP for the Lok Sabha election in the year 2024. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and JD(U) leader Sanjay Jha were also present in the meeting.

Nitish Kumar, who is on a two-day visit to Delhi, already met Congress leader Rahul Gandhi yesterday and today visited the CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury and CPI General Secretary D Raja at their respective party offices. Later in the afternoon, Kumar will meet with former Haryana chief minister and INLD supremo Om Prakash Chautala.

Bihar CM, said his only goal is to work to unite the Opposition to unseat the saffron party from power at the Centre. Kumar’s visit to Delhi comes amidst the buzz that the JD(U) leader may emerge as the Opposition's prime ministerial face in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
