Yash Management & Satellite has further acquired 5% equity shares consisting of 5 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each of its subsidiary company i.e. Sudarshan Polyfab. After this acquisition the total holding of the company in its subsidiary is 60,97,760 equity shares which are 61% of the total subscribed and paid up share capital of Sudarshan Polyfab.
