Religare Enterprises has informed that the Investment, Borrowing and Share Allotment Committee of the Company on September 08, 2022 has issued and allotted 1,34,650 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under the REL ESOP Plan 2019. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 3,192,173,130 divided into 319,217,313 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 3,193,519,630 divided into 319,351,963 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
