Joindre Capital Services has informed that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Saturday, 10th September, 2022 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC / OAVM) for which the Company had provided remote e-voting facility to the shareholders. The shareholders who could not cast their votes through remote e-voting but attended the AGM, were also provided the opportunity to vote through Instavote at the said AGM. The company has enclosed the e-voting results under Reg. 44(3) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015 and the consolidated report of Scrutiniser on remote e-voting and through instavote at the AGM.
