Muthoot Capital Services has informed that Muthoot Capital Services completed a securitization transaction of Rs 92.22 crores on September 09, 2022. Further, noted that this is the third securitization/ direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY2022 - 2023. The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
