Further, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule III, the Company has completed the process of issuing notice of AGM to the members along with Annual Report for the Financial year 2021-22 and instruction for e-voting & attaining AGM through VC/OAVM on 09th September 2022. The Company has enclosed the copy of Newspaper advertisement of the Annual General Meeting and instruction for e-voting VC/ OAVM.
