3i Infotech has informed that the Company has received an intimation on September 12, 2022 that its wholly owned step-down subsidiary located in Malaysia, 3i Infotech Services Sdn Bhd [company registration number 200001015954 (518561-P)] ('the Subsidiary') has been struck-off by the Registrar of Companies, Malaysia and stands dissolved. It may be noted that the Subsidiary was not a material subsidiary of the Company and did not have any business activity. Details required pursuant to the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed hereto as Annexure A.
