With reference to e-mail received on 13th September, 2022 seeking clarification on movement in the price of the Company's securities at the exchange in the recent past, ABM Knowledgeware has informed that all the material information, that have a bearing on the operations / performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. and requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015 ('Listing Regulation') have always been disclosed by the Company within the stipulated time. There is no pending information or announcement (including impending announcement) which may have a bearing on the price movement of the Company. The Company has always abided by and complied with all regulatory requirements and will continue to do so.
