Pursuant to Regulation 39 and other application regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Regulations’), GIC Housing Finance has informed that Registrar and Transfer Agent of Company- KFIN Technologies has received information about Loss of share certificate & request for issue of duplicate Share Certificates from Shareholder, as per the details enclosed. It is further informed that a letter of confirmation will be issued by RTA in place of duplicate share certificate in lieu of lost/ misplaced share certificate to the shareholder in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ MIRSD /MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/ CIR/ 2022/8 dated January 25, 2022.
