Pursuant to the request received by the Company on 29th August 2022 and 2nd September 2022 from the enclosed Promoters/Promoter group of the Company, regarding their re-classification from the ‘Promoters/Promoter group' to the 'Public' Category and the approval for the same obtained from the Board of Directors on 30th August 2022 and 8th September 2022, Yash Innoventures has informed that the Company has made an application on is 15th September 2022 to BSE for re-classification of the enclosed ‘Promoters/Promoter group’ entity in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations.
