At the same time, the Chairman confirmed the presence of requisite quorum and commenced proceedings of the meeting for the purpose of conducting the following business: To receive, consider and adopt the standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the year 2022 including audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2022, the Statement of Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board and Auditors thereon; To Approve the re-appointment of Sanjeev Kumar Jha who retires by rotation at this Meeting, and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment; Regularisation of additional director, Pooja Suri; Adoption of MOA as per Companies Act, 2013; Adoption of new set of AOA as per Companies Act, 2013; Borrowing powers of the company; and authorisation under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.
