In continuation to its letter dated September 14, 2022 wherein the company had submitted the outcome of the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, Niyogin Fintech has informed that all the resolutions have been passed by the Members with requisite majority. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the combined voting results of remote-e-voting and e-voting, in relation to the business transacted at the AGM along with the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer. The said results along with the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.niyogin.com.
