Sharp India has informed that ROC, Pune through its letter dated 15th September 2022 has granted extension of time to hold the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 by period of two months, up to 30th November 2022 (Copy enclosed). In view of above-mentioned order issued by ROC, the Company shall convene its AGM for the financial year 2021 -2022 within such extended timeline and the date of AGM shall be intimated in due course of time.
