In response to this request/s, Company/ RTA had informed the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the Shareholders after compliance of required formalities. It enclosed the Statement displaying the details of the request/s received.
