Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation has informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2022/PL/57/10 dated September 19, 2022 (copy enclosed) has conveyed that the President of India has approved the appointment of Manoj Kumar Gangeya, Executive Director (Planning), Railway Board as Part-time Government Director on the Board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation with immediate effect till he holds the post of Executive Director (Planning), Railway Board or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The Board of Directors will induct him, in due course, as Additional Director [Part-time Government Director] on the Board of the Company, in compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and the requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted accordingly.
