Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), Motilal Oswal Financial Services has informed that the Finance Committee of Motilal Oswal Financial Services ('the Company') at its Meeting held on September 20, 2022 has approved an allotment of 9,600 Equity Shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the 'Motilal Oswal Financial Services - Employees' Stock Option Scheme-VII of the Company. The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
