Edelweiss Financial Services has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The company has reported 2.54% rise in its net profit at Rs 10.89 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 10.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased by 27.67% at Rs 33.30 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 46.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 56.38% rise in its net profit at Rs 46.04 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 29.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 18.96% at Rs 536.68 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 451.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
