With reference to e-mail dated 21 September 2022 received by the undersigned requesting for clarification with respect of increase in volume, Heidelberg cement India has clarified that the Company has been regularly making disclosure(s) of all material information/events in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 from time to time and has not withheld any material information/ event that in opinion would have a bearing on the price/volume of its shares or otherwise. The increase in volume of the shares of the Company is absolutely market driven.
