National Peroxide has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, subject to the approval of the Tribunal having jurisdiction over the companies, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, other regulatory authorities as maybe required and the Board of Directors of the Transferor Company and the Resulting Company, have at its meeting held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 approved the following amendments to the Scheme: change in Appointed Date from October 1, 2020 to April 1, 2022; include provisions in relation to lease of immovable property of the Demerged Company to the Resulting Company; and to carry out consequential changes or effect thereto.
