Bharat Bio Tech International has bought 20.26 lakh equity shares in Dodla Dairy via open market transactions, at an average price of Rs 525 per share. On the other hand, TPG Dodla Dairy Holdings has offloaded 18.31 lakh equity shares in Dodla Dairy at same price. TPG Dodla Dairy Holdings held 58.31 lakh shares or 9.8 percent stake in Dodla Dairy as of June 2022.
Dodla Dairy is involved in is procuring, processing and Marketing of Milk and Milk Products. The company has created integrated Cold Chain facilities from producer to consumer to ensure Farm Fresh Milk at their door steps.
