Sundaram - Clayton has additionally acquired 50.05% stake in Sundaram Holding USA (SHUI) from Sundaram Auto Components (SACL), a subsidiary of the Company on September 22, 2022.
Consequent to the above acquisition, the Company’s holding in SHUI increased to 100% and subsequently SHUI’s subsidiaries in USA viz., Green Hills Land holding, Component Equipment Leasing, Sundaram-Clayton USA and Premier Land Holding have also become subsidiaries of the Company.
Sundaram -Clayton operates in a wide range of activities such as manufacturing of automotive vehicles, automotive components, spare parts & accessories thereof, housing development and financial services.
