Eris Lifesciences has informed that the Company has received today the attached request letter dated 19th September, 2022, from Shah & Co., constituent of Promoter Group of Kaushal Shah, Promoter of the Company, seeking a reclassification from 'Promoter Group' to 'Pubic' category, for the reasons appearing therein. The request will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company and all appropriate approvals will be sought by the Company as set out in Regulation 31A of Listing Regulations.
