Pursuant to BSE Circular dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01 /2019-20, and in Compliance of the provisions of Clause 4 & 5 of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Company’s ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Insider Trading’, Panchmahal Steel has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons from 1st October, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year period ended 30th September, 2022, till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year period ended 30th September, 2022, shall be intimated separately.
