Further, the company has enclosed the details/disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09 September 2015 (‘SEBI Circular), as Annexure-1.
