In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures has informed that it has received a work order for providing consultancy services for Detail Designing of Road Tunnel Project works in the state of Chhattisgarh on September 26, 2022. The work order will be for a period of 24 months for an aggregate amount of INR 1.08 Crore plus applicable taxes only. The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are annexed as Annexure-1.
