Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing Insider Trading and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their relatives, Mercury Laboratories has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their relatives shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, October 01, 2022. All the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The Trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ended on September 30, 2022.
