Bharti Telecom (BTL) has acquired around 190.02 Mn shares i.e. 3.20% of Bharti Airtel from the affiliates of Singtel. Post the above transaction, BTL holds 38.62% equity stake in Bharti Airtel. Earlier, Singtel and its affiliates had entered into an agreement to transfer stake to BTL.
