Navneet Education’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Navneet Futuretech (NFL) has purchased 16,64,002 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 9,26,376 Class A Equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to 48.20% of Equity Share Capital from the existing shareholders of Genext Students (Genext). With this Genext Students has become wholly owned subsidiary company of NFL. Genext would continue to be the step down subsidiary of the company through NFL.
