Further to Letter No. HOC/BSE/Regn.30(4)/2022/08/23 dated 23rd August, 2022 regarding intimation of temporary shutdown of Company’s (HOCL) Phenol and Cumene plant from 24th August, 2022 onwards and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para B of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Organic Chemicals has informed that the company’s Phenol and Kochi Plant has started its operations from 1st week of September, 2022 and that the production has been resumed. Further, it has confirmed that during the closure period of Phenol and Cumene plant, no sales were affected.
