In this regard, it enclosed the Annual Report for the financial year 2021-22 as required under Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 duly approved and adopted by the shareholders as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
