Priti International has incorporated new subsidiary company namely ‘Priti Innovations’ on September 29, 2022. Priti Innovations has been incorporated with initial paid-up share capital of Rs 10,00,000 which shall be paid in cash (through banking channels). The company will hold 51% share capital in Priti Innovations.
Priti Innovations has been incorporated to carry out businesses of Manufacturing and Trading of Furniture and other Handicraft items. It will also carry out businesses of Architectural Services, Home Designing Services, Technical Services in relation to design decoration, Interior Decorator Services, interior designing.
Priti International engaged in manufacturing and exporting of Handicraft Products.
