With reference to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the clarifications issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, Yash Trading & Finance has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and connected persons, will remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2022. The Trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be communicated in due course.
