NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued respectively by NSE and BSE on 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the start of business hours at 9:00 AM on 01st October, 2022 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022.
