In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that the Trading Window (for sale, purchase and dealing in Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from Saturday, 1st October,2022 for all designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter ending on 30th September, 2022 by the Board of Directors in upcoming Board Meeting. We shall communicate the date of Board Meeting in the due course of time.
