Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, AXISCADES Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons covered under the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of the Company from October 01, 2022, till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022, shall be intimated separately in due course.
