In view of the aforesaid, it is intimated that the trading window of the company would be closed with immediate effect immediately on closure of Trading Hours on BSE and NSE on September 30, 2022 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2022.
