Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Sharon Bio-Medicine has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from October 1, 2022 till Forty Eight hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. Currently, the trading is temporarily suspended for capital reduction process and would be resumed upon requisite approval from regulators.
