With reference to the circular dated 2nd April, 2019 received form BSE regarding clarification on trading restriction period under the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, Tarini International has informed that the trading window will be closed for ‘Designated Persons' with effect from October 01, 2022 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
