Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Euro Multivision has informed that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders from Friday, 30th September 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. Further, the date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the said period shall be informed in due course.
