The 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday, the 29th September, 2022 through Audio/Video Conference at 3.30 pm wherein the following resolutions as per notice dated 10th August, 2022 have been declared and passed with requisite majority on e-voting (remote e-voting) provided by the company from Monday, the 26th September, 2022 (9.00 am) to Wednesday, the 28th September, 2022 (5.00 pm) and 15 minutes after AGM upto 4.05 pm on 29th September, 2022. The Consolidated Result as per the Scrutinizer’s report dated 30th September, 2022 is enclosed. Based on the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer all the resolutions have been duly approved by the shareholders with requisite majority.
