In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time (‘PIT Regulations’), Encode Packaging India has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for Designated Persons/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the PIT Regulations, from October 1, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the audited financial statements of the Company, for the quarter ended on September 30, 2022 (‘Financial Statements’), become generally available information. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to approve the Financial Statements will be intimated in due course.
