Pursuant to circular given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide reference No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading under the said SEBI Regulations, Bajaj Global has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, with effect from Saturday, 01st October, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September, 2022. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange and the same has been intimated to all the Designated Employees (including Directors and Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.
