SoftTech Engineers has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company named ‘SoftTech Digital Pte’ in Singapore on October 03, 2022. SoftTech Engineers has subscribed 10,000 shares of Singapore dollar 1 each equivalent to Singapore dollar 10,000 of the subsidiary. Objective of the said acquisition is to create sales and implementation network in Southeast Asia and any other overseas regions as decided by the management, to create Strategic Partnerships / Business Arrangements to sell its products and Services to regions managed and operated by this Subsidiary. Business of the subsidiary is in line with the main business activities of the company.
