V-Mart Retail has opened 16 new retail stores at various locations in the July - September quarter of FY 2022-23 such as 3 store in Bihar, 3 in Assam, 3 in Uttar Pradesh, 2 in Uttrakhand, 1 in West Bengal , 1 in Madhya Pradesh, 1 in Andhra Pradesh, 1 in Tamil Nadu and 1 in Odisha.
Further, the company closed two stores including one in Jharkhand and one in Uttarkhand in the July - September quarter of FY 2022-23. With this, the total number of stores now stands at 405 stores as at September 30, 2022.
V-Mart Retail is one of the pioneers in setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities.
