No. U ST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons with immediate effect i.e. from October 4, 2022 till 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. The date of Board Meeting in which the said unaudited results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
