Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals is planning to sell/ transfer of land, building & other fixed assets at Sarai Road, Phagwara relating to the closed unit of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company. The Meeting of Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on October 14, 2022, to consider the same.
The Company had stopped its operations / manufacturing activities at Phagwara Unit after the commissioning of the New Unit of the Company (with higher capacities) at Rehana Jattan, Phagwara (outskirts of Phagwara City).
