Max Ventures and Industries has informed that Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company has today October 06, 2022, approved allotment of 9,896 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the Company to the option holders arising from the exercise of Stock Options granted to employees under ‘Max Ventures and Industries Employee Stock Plan -2016’ of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 1,47,09,37,300 to Rs 147,10,36,260 comprising of 14,71,03,626 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
