Rhetan TMT has clarified that there is no information/ announcement (including pending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behavior in the Company's scrip. As required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is regular in intimating to the Exchange all events/ information/ announcements that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information etc. Further there is no pending compliance/ disclosure on the part of the Company. The price movement of the security is purely market driven and not as a result of any announcement/ pending announcement by the Company. The Company shall continue to ensure timely dissemination of material/ price sensitive information to the exchange and public as and when required.
